EyeBenefits is not an insurance plan but may be used as a supplement to your current vision insurance plan. With EyeBenefits there are no limitations or restrictions to the number of eye exams, eyewear and contact lenses that you can purchase, and you will receive your discounted rate every time.

With your EyeBenefits membership you will save on all your frames and lenses. Get 5%-50% off frames and 5%-30% off all lenses.

EPIC Hearing Services



Savings of 35% to 65% on Brand Name Hearing Aids and Products.



The EPIC Hearing Service Plan is not insurance but will coordinate any Managed Medicare or Insurance supplemental programs. If your employer is providing hearing benefits, EPIC will coordinate eligibility requirements with your plan administrator and assist you in claims reimbursement to help further reduce your out-of-pocket expense for hearing instruments and accessories.
