This week we unveiled the new Abenity Back Office for our client administrators. The redesigned Back Office packs a whopping engagement, loyalty, marketing, and communication punch, and I’m excited to dig into all the features we’ve compiled for you. This week we’re going to take a deeper look at the Back Office Homepage, your launching pad to manage your Abenity program and engage with your members.
A Quick Guide – Homepage Overview
Once you log in to your Back Office at http://backoffice.abenity.com you will see a main navigation bar at the top, a large main banner rotating with a number of key features, and quick links to our main Gifts, Prizes, & Incentives products.
The navigation bar at the top of the screen – featuring My Account, Perks & Discounts, Rewards & Recognition, etc. – is what you will use to navigate the site. I’ll dive into each of these categories deeper in the weeks ahead, but feel free to explore on your own now and become familiar with the tools we’ve given you on each of these pages.

I want to draw your attention to the three features we’ve placed on the right hand side of the main banner for Weekly Webinars, Offer Management, and the Marketing Gallery.
Weekly Webinars: We want to equip both our client administrators and our members with the knowledge they need to get the most out of their Abenity program, and our weekly webinars are a great way to get a personal walk-through of Abenity. From the Back Office you can register for our Abenity 101 for Organizations webinar, held Thursdays at 2:00pm CST. This 30 minute webinar will show you how Abenity is helping organizations foster healthy and rewarding environments by bringing together great perks & discounts with technology that makes engaging and recognizing your people simple.
We also offer weekly webinars for members on Fridays at 2:00pm CST. Members can register for an upcoming webinar at abenity.com/101.
Manage Your Offers: One of the best features of Abenity is the ability to integrate your own discounts – offers that you’ve negotiated with vendors yourself – directly into your Abenity program alongside the 100,000 additional offers we provide. Your Back Office is the place to administer and manage those offers, connect with vendors, and ensure your members have access to these core perks.
Marketing Gallery: We’ve equipped you with all the tools you need to communicate your Abenity Perks & Benefits program. From email copy to intranet postings, and program flyers to QR codes, you’ve got an entire arsenal of marketing materials at your fingertips.
Member Search Function
Sometimes you’ll need to quickly address an issue with an individual member’s account, so the search tool in the top right hand corner will help you quickly locate a member using their name or email address.
Featured Gifts, Prizes, & Incentives Products
We offer hundred of great Rewards & Recognition products inside your Back Office. Think of us as a one stop shop for employee and member recognition – no need to run down to the mall anymore to pick up a gift card for a superstar employee over your lunch break. We’ve collected just about everything you might need right here so that recognizing your team is efficient and meaningful.
Some of our favorite gifts and incentives are featured here on the homepage. Everyone loves going to the movies, so here you can order Regal Movie Theater eTickets in bulk to give to your members. We have quick links to our gift card store, not to mention flowers and personalized awards and prizes.
If you haven’t checked out Abenity Concierge yet, you really should. This unique service gives your members access to a personal concierge for daily tasks. Membership is typically $99 / year, but when you give your team Abenity Concierge memberships as a gift, bulk pricing for 25 members or more is just $84.15.
